Help Desk v1.2 for SharePoint 2010 (by CorasWorks) – Check out the latest version of our Help Desk app - built to run on SP2010. This app is available for download right now for anyone running SharePoint 2010 and the newest version of the Suite (v10.3.1).
Department Solution Set v1.0 (by CorasWorks) – This is the next generation solution - taking over where the Department Dashboard app started us off. DSS is an integrated, flexible, five-module solution for deploying and managing a multi-department work environment.
Knowledge Base (by R3 Business Solutions) – They keep cranking them out. This new free app from R3 lets you create and manage knowledge base articles for your employees, customers or partners.

New CorasWorks Learning Center – Access the new Learning Center for an extensive structured learning experience - by Role, Product, or Topic. This replaces and greatly extends the Tutorial section of the Video Library.
